By downloading, installing, or using Yakitty ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
ReliPR LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Yakitty is designed as a text and code editor for macOS. The App is intended for software development and general text manipulation tasks.

The App, including its design, features, and source code components, is owned by ReliPR LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App itself.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RELIPR LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF BUGS OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RELIPR LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA, CORRUPTED FILES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
