These terms apply when you download or use FinaCalc. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Apple’s terms also apply to downloads and purchases made through the Mac App Store.
ReliPR LLC grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use FinaCalc in accordance with these terms and the applicable App Store terms. ReliPR retains ownership of the app and its intellectual property.
FinaCalc performs calculations using the values and settings you enter. It is a calculation tool, not financial, investment, accounting, tax, or legal advice. Results may be affected by incorrect inputs, settings, rounding, or limitations in calculation methods. You are responsible for checking inputs and independently confirming results before relying on them.
Use FinaCalc lawfully. Keep your Mac and locally stored work protected. You are responsible for maintaining any backups you need and for decisions made using the app’s output.
The app is provided as available and may change over time. To the extent allowed by law, ReliPR makes no additional warranties that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
To the extent allowed by law, ReliPR LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on a calculation without independent verification. These terms do not exclude liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. For questions, contact legal@relipr.com.
