By downloading, installing, or using Fat Burn ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License

ReliPR LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

3. Use of the App

3.1 Intended Use

Fat Burn is designed to help you track fat burn metrics and visualize data from Apple HealthKit. The App is intended for informational purposes only.

3.2 Not Medical Advice

Important: Fat Burn is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The information displayed in the App should not be used for diagnosis or treatment of any health condition. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions based on health data.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Not use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Be responsible for your own health and fitness decisions

5. Subscription

Fat Burn offers an optional annual subscription (Fat Burn Pro) that unlocks additional features including full analytics and Apple Watch companion app functionality. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's subscription terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by ReliPR LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RELIPR LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RELIPR LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA, HEALTH COMPLICATIONS, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
