7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RELIPR LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA, HEALTH COMPLICATIONS, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
